About UltraSource LLC

Since our founding in 1883, UltraSource has served the processing and packaging equipment needs of thousands of companies worldwide in the meat and poultry, seafood, produce, dairy, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. Our People

Our employees maintain the production expertise, technical knowledge, competence, training, and creativity needed to effectively and efficiently serve our customers' needs in the ever-changing food, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. Our staff includes numerous individuals with Animal Science degrees, including Masters and Ph.D., and longtime food industry, packaging equipment, processing equipment, labeling equipment, and operational supplies backgrounds. Our Food Scientists when not leading our UltraSource Academy meat seminars are often speaking at state and national meat processing conferences.

Most recently, we were recognized for the enhanced sanitary design of our Matrix™ food package and film labelers. We encourage our employees to enhance their innovation skills through outside training programs, customer experiences, and creative brainstorming sessions that allow us and our customers to remain competitive. 

Recent Achievements:

• Received US patent approval for the Matrix Ultra Labeler.
• The Matrix Ultra Labeler won a Technology Excellence Award for its innovative design at the 2019 Packaging Expo.
• The UltraSource Mammoth Rollstock Packaging machine was selected as a Technology Excellence Award finalist at the 2018 Pack Expo. 
• Named the American Association of Meat Processors Supplier of the Year for the second time

Also, computer-assisted strength analysis is performed on the solid models where safety and reliability are associated with the part.
