Automated Compartment Scald Tank

Our compartment scald tank are custom built to automate the lower volume slaughter line (30 to 180 head per hour) when used within our systems. It is a self-contained unit that is competing with circulation pump and temperature controls. The machine advances on command from the programmable controller. It is constructed entirely of stainless steel where possible and includes TEFC wash down duty motors on the pump and the machine advance. The steam train and all valves are included.
